I saw grandma today and it occured to me what 
ارذل العمر
Really means..
I saw my grandma drinking water and chokin. Unable to control the flownof the water as it enters her books 
Jerky movements..

Wanting to talk.. not being understood
Sleeping to forget reality

Ten years on this state..
